🌸 How It Works

A Simple, Impactful Pathway to Representation

We believe representation starts early and begins with confidence, mentorship, and opportunity.

Identify & Engage Girls Early
We rely on the collaborative and youth-led strategies to encourage high-school girls to self-identify for engagement with WON. We plan to launch our program for middle-school girls in in the last half of this year. We will consult and coordinate with parents, teachers, and the girls themselves as too how best to work with them and provide the content that will most resonate.
Build Skills & Confidence

Interactive programs on public speaking, civic engagement, and campaign and career strategy, tailored for girls.

Connecting Girls with Mentor and Role Models
We work with female politicians in order to give young girls a strong foundation and undemanding of policy, campaigning, and what holding a position in office looks like.
Partner with Schools and Communities
WON works in conjunction with schools and other programs in order to inspire, inform, and encourage young women to participate in the political process.
Advocating for Equity
This work is predicated on the need to make sure that women’s needs and rights are well represented in our communities, education, politics, and society.
